Licence of use
Script download purchase grants the right to perform this script to members of the public. When you buy a script or video from RISE Theatre you can show it at any event you like, as long as you're not charging admission to your event. If you want to use one of our videos or scripts to a ticketed event or if you are being paid for the performance of our script, please submit a licensing request.
Terms of Non-Commercial Script Licence
1. Grant of License. RISE Theatre CIC grants Licensee limited and non-exclusive rights to perform this script to public audiences for non-profit purposes. If you are charging admission then a separate and additional Commercial Licence is required. Please contact RISE Theatre CIC for further information.
2. Copyright. RISE Theatre CIC owns exclusive copyright for ‘God Air Sketch’ script and its contents.
2. Performance Conditions. Licensee agrees that the script must always be presented in its entirety. No content may be edited or omitted.
3. Publicity. Acknowledgements to RISE Theatre as the original author, through verbal introductions of the sketch, in programmes/order of service, all forms of advertising – e.g., posters, social media (where applicable), must include the following: God Air sketch created & written by © 2018 RISE Theatre. Please also include a website address for any printed material www.risetheatre.co.uk
4. Copies. No portion of the script may be reproduced, stored in a data retrieval system, or transmitted by any means, whether electronic, mechanical or otherwise, apart from essential copies required for direct cast members involved in the performance.
5. Licensee and its employees agree to abide by all applicable copyright laws, and not to reproduce, recreate, duplicate or otherwise make unauthorised copies of copyrighted material, (hard drives, USB drives, etc...) or digital distribution (streaming, posting on YouTube, etc...) and to take all steps as reasonably necessary to prohibit others from doing the same.
6. Non-Transferability. Licensee agrees that neither this License nor use of any or all parts of the materials provided shall be transferred, conveyed, granted, assigned or sublicensed to any of Licensee’s officers, employees, agents or assignees, or to other individuals or organisations, without first obtaining RISE Theatre CIC written approval.
7. RISE Theatre CIC takes no responsibility for any additional licences that may be required by your venue for a public event.
To obtain a license for ticketed screenings or performances, distribution, selling or distributing of audio or videotaped events or performances using the purchased material in physical or digital form, or to make any other license request that is not granted by the purchase of the product, please contact RISE Theatre via our contact form or E-mail admin@risetheatre.co.uk
